What we do
From design to installation, and on to operation and maintenance, we look after plant with an integrated approach that brings together electrical, mechanical and automation expertise.
We work on a wide range of plant and applications, tailoring every job to the needs of the process and of the operating context. We shape new plant starting from the client's needs and developing every stage, and we also work on existing installations to improve their efficiency, reliability and continuity of service.
A way of working that brings together technical expertise and organisation, to deliver practical solutions that stay reliable over time. Maintenance of pumps and equipment takes place in our in-house workshop.
We design, install and keep in working order complete plant for water supply networks, wastewater treatment, underpasses and industry: from the first concept to commissioning, and on to maintenance and support.
We design and build electrical systems for buildings and industry, MV/LV substations and distribution boards and automation panels, taking care of their installation, maintenance and upgrading. Depending on the characteristics of the plant, we develop integrated solutions with on-machine wiring, PLC programming, remote monitoring systems and specialist technical support.
Rotating machinery, piping and steelwork: mechanical installation, couplings and start-up of pumps, compressors and packaged units, with machining and piping specific to the process.

In-house workshop
The in-house workshop is one of the things that enables T&M to follow every installation through its whole life cycle: from design to construction, and on to maintenance and reconditioning. As well as routine and major maintenance on pumps, electric pumps and process equipment, we produce machined parts and bespoke components for the construction, upgrading and restoration of installations. We combine diagnostics, reconditioning and technically demanding machining to ensure reliability and efficiency over time.
