This page explains which personal data we collect through the site, why we process it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It is written to be read: if anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
Who handles your data

We have not appointed a data protection officer: we do not fall into the cases where the law requires one.
What we collect
Only what we need in order to answer you. We do not buy contact lists, we do not profile anyone and we do not use your data for advertising.

If you would rather not
No field in the form is required by law: you are free not to write. Without a name, a contact and a message, though, we simply cannot reply. You can always call us instead.
Who else sees it
Messages reach a server of ours, run by a hosting provider operating in the European Union that processes the data on our behalf as a processor. Only the people in the company who have to reply read them. We do not sell them, we do not publish them and we do not transfer them outside the European Economic Area. We may disclose them to advisers or authorities only where the law requires it.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to the processing, or receive it in a format another system can read. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like: what was done before stays valid, after that we stop.
An email to info@tamaieminetto.it is enough. We reply within one month. If you believe we are getting it wrong you can contact the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of the country where you live.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means and we do not carry out profiling.
Updates
If we change the way we handle data we update this page and the date at the top. Worth re-reading if you write to us after a long time.
