In-house workshop

We repair and restore
to as-new, in-house.

The in-house workshop is one of the things that enables T&M to follow every installation through its whole life cycle: from design to construction, and on to maintenance and reconditioning. As well as routine and major maintenance on pumps, electric pumps and process equipment, we produce machined parts and bespoke components for the construction, upgrading and restoration of installations. We combine diagnostics, reconditioning and technically demanding machining to ensure reliability and efficiency over time.

  • Pump reconditioning
  • Ceramic coating
  • Shaft alignment
  • Industrial piping
  • Sandblasting and painting
  • Full testing in the test tank

Maintenance

Before it
stops running.

Predictive maintenanceThermal and vibration checks under framework contracts, to prevent sudden plant shutdowns, with staff on call 24/7.
Planned maintenanceWork scheduled during shutdowns: strip-down, overhaul, improved efficiency.
On-site supportA specialist technician at your premises whenever work is needed in the field.

Authorised service
centre.

Trust is something you build over time. Being chosen as a service centre by the leading pump manufacturers is a confirmation of that.

The machine we see most often

The submersible
pump.

It is the heart of every pumping station and the machine that reaches our bench most often. It works immersed in wastewater, so it wears where nobody can see: seals, bearings, impeller.

  • Impeller and voluteClearances checked and hydraulic efficiency restored.
  • Mechanical sealsCondition of the seal checked to keep liquid from getting in.
  • Stator and windingsInsulation tests and testing on the test bench.
  • Final testingRun in water, with current draw and flow rate measured.
